How to Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data by following these steps:

Steps

1. Open the app and log in.
2. Navigate to Hamburger menu > Delete Profile.
3. Confirm the deletion request.

OR, if deletion cannot be done in-app:

• Send a deletion request to admin@vindmy.com
• Include the email address associated with the account.
• We will process the request within 1–3 business days.

What data will be deleted

• Profile information
• User-generated content
• Preferences and settings
• Any other personal data stored by the app

What data may be retained and why

• Legal compliance requirements
• Financial records
• Fraud prevention and security logs

Deletion timeline

Account and personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request.
